About the Role
As a Senior Healthcare Construction Project Manager at Hoar Construction in Old Sixth Ward, Houston, you will serve as the senior leader for each assigned project team. You will set the strategic direction, safeguard project objectives, and make sure every build advances on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standard. Key Responsibilities

- Establish, implement, and enforce project controls and procedures across all phases of construction.

Qualifications
- Proven, progressive experience managing large or complex construction projects, ideally within the healthcare sector.

- Strong command of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a strategic, solutions-focused mindset.
- Availability to work on-site in Old Sixth Ward, Houston in a full-time capacity.
