About the Role

This is a solo, over-the-road (OTR) Dry Van position paid as a W2 company driver. Expect roughly 10 days on the road per dispatch cycle, hauling freight long-distance while earning a reliable weekly average. Pet owners take note: small pets may be permitted on a case-by-case basis after discussion.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A Dry Van tractor-trailer safely on OTR routes as a solo driver.
• Average between 2,500 and 3,000 miles each week.
• Assist with loading and unloading freight (approximately 50% driver load/unload).
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state hours-of-service and safety regulations.
• Plan trips around an expected 10 days out before returning home.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Eligibility to work as a W2 company driver for solo OTR operations.
• Comfort with extended time on the road, with home time earned at 2 days for every 10 days worked (weekends home are not guaranteed).
• Willingness to handle physical load and unload duties as part of the route.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total weekly average pay of $1,440 – $1,560.
