About the Role
This is a full-time, over-the-road (OTR) solo position running dry van freight. You will operate as a W2 company driver covering an average of 2,500 to 3,000 miles each week, with weekly average pay ranging from $1,440 to $1,560. The role includes roughly 50% driver load/unload responsibilities, so a willingness to assist with freight handling is expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport dry van freight safely and on schedule across long-haul OTR routes
- Operate as a solo company driver, managing your trips independently
- Assist with loading and unloading on approximately half of your runs
- Maintain compliance with all DOT and safety regulations throughout each haul
- Plan for an average of 10 days out on the road per cycle
Home Time & Compensation
- Earn 2 days of home time for every 10 days worked (approximately 10 expected days out)
- Weekends home are not guaranteed
- Weekly average earnings of $1,440 to $1,560

- Small pets may be permitted, subject to discussion
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Experience with OTR and dry van operations preferred
- Comfortable handling driver load/unload duties
- Able to commit to extended time on the road, averaging 10 days out
- Strong safety record and dependable, professional work ethic
