Gigabrands is a fast-growing Amazon growth agency helping eCommerce brands scale profitably. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to support our expanding team at GigaBrands.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR generalist roles
- Experience working with e-commerce organisations
- Proven ability to source, assess, and hire candidates across multiple functions
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and managers
- Proactive, “get-things-done” mindset with a sense of urgency
- Knowleagable about HR systems, ATS platforms, and employee documentation processes
