About the Role
We are filling Barista (Full Time and Part Time) openings immediately at our Inova Fairfax Hospital location, 3300 Gallows Road, Falls Church, VA 22042. As a Barista, you will prepare quality coffee beverages and deliver warm, attentive service in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This is an on-site position in West Falls Church, Fairfax County — not a remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft espresso drinks, brewed coffee, and other specialty beverages to order
- Greet guests courteously and provide friendly, efficient counter service
- Keep the barista station, equipment, and surrounding areas clean and well-stocked
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hospital service standards
- Handle transactions accurately and support a smooth, welcoming guest experience
Qualifications
- Availability for full time or part time shifts, including 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, and 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm
- Flexibility for varying days and rotating weekend coverage
- A positive, guest-focused attitude and reliable work ethic
- Comfort working on your feet in a busy hospital café setting
