About the Role

As a Part-Time Promotions Assistant on the Event Activation Team, you'll be the on-the-ground face of iHeartMedia across the Manhattan market. Working out of the Grand Central area, you'll help execute promotional campaigns, live broadcasts, and brand activations that connect listeners with the number one audio company in America. This position is on-site in Manhattan — not remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the setup, execution, and breakdown of on-site promotions and live events
• Represent iHeartMedia and its station brands professionally at activations and remotes
• Engage with audiences, distribute promotional materials, and create memorable fan experiences
• Assist the Event Activation Team with logistics, equipment handling, and game-day coordination
• Capture content and feedback from events to help measure campaign impact

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, around event schedules
• Ability to lift and transport promotional equipment and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a fast-moving team in Manhattan
• Enthusiasm for live media, music, and audience engagement
