About the Role

As a Senior Growth Consultant supporting Coldwell Banker, you will own a defined territory — your "Book of Business" — and serve as a trusted strategic advisor to franchisees within it. This full-time position centers on three connected pillars: Retention, Growth, and Optimization. Your mission is to help affiliated brokerages hit clearly defined performance targets while delivering a consistently world-class consulting experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute growth and brand engagement strategies in close collaboration with Coldwell Banker franchisees across your assigned region.
• Drive retention by deepening relationships, understanding business needs, and helping franchise partners protect and expand their market position.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities that lift agent count, productivity, and overall territory performance.
• Optimize operations and adoption of company tools, programs, and best practices to improve outcomes against key metrics.
• Track progress toward defined performance goals and adjust approach to keep your Book of Business on target.

Qualifications

• Proven consulting, business development, or growth strategy experience, ideally within real estate, franchising, or a related professional services field.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and advise independent business owners.
• Analytical mindset with comfort working toward measurable performance metrics across retention, growth, and optimization.
• Self-directed work style suited to managing a territory and supporting partners based in the Midwest from Minneapolis, Hennepin County.
