As a Professional Mobile Notary based in Milwaukee, you will bring trusted notary services directly to clients wherever they need them. This is a travel-focused, on-the-go position centered on convenience and reliability—meeting individuals and businesses at homes, offices, and other locations throughout the Milwaukee area to complete time-sensitive document signings.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to a variety of client locations across Milwaukee and Milwaukee County to perform notarial acts.
- Verify the identity of signers and confirm their willingness and awareness before notarizing documents.
- Witness signatures and properly execute notarizations in full compliance with Wisconsin notary regulations.
- Maintain accurate, organized records of all completed notary transactions.

Qualifications
