About the Role
As a Personal Injury Associate Attorney with Orion Placement in Rolling Meadows, you'll join an established and well-regarded plaintiff-side personal injury team known for delivering strong outcomes. This on-site, full-time position offers the chance to manage substantive matters that genuinely impact the people you represent, while learning from seasoned litigators in a collaborative setting. The role includes a competitive pay range of $120,000–$150,000 per year, with additional bonus and origination credit potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent plaintiffs across the full lifecycle of personal injury claims, from intake through resolution.
- Build and advance case strategy in partnership with experienced attorneys on the team.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and manage discovery.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts to move matters forward efficiently.
- Take ownership of meaningful cases that make a real difference in clients' lives.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain it).
- Background or strong interest in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.
- Sound legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Rolling Meadows, Cook County, and collaborate within a team-oriented practice.
