About the Role
As a Sales Teammate at Eastview Mall, your central goal is simple yet meaningful: make every visit as enjoyable as possible for our Guests. Working under the direction of Store Management in Victor, Ontario County, you'll blend customer service with the practical, behind-the-scenes work that keeps a successful retail location looking its best and operating efficiently throughout each shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist Guests, creating a friendly, helpful atmosphere on the sales floor.
- Operate the register accurately, handling cashiering and standard checkout procedures.
- Set up, replenish, and arrange merchandise displays to keep products well-presented.
- Complete merchandise pulls and restocking as directed by Store Management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment through routine upkeep of the facilities.
- Take on additional sales, merchandising, and operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- A genuine commitment to outstanding customer service and the Guest experience.
- Comfort working as part of a team and following direction from Store Management.
- Dependability, attention to detail, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
- Ability to perform hands-on retail tasks, including merchandising, register work, and light cleaning duties.
- Flexibility to support the needs of a busy retail schedule.
