About the Role
As a Janitor with SSC in Bentonville, you will help maintain the daily cleanliness and upkeep of Fulbright Junior High School and other campuses across the school district. This is an on-site, hands-on position ideal for dependable individuals who take pride in creating tidy, healthy spaces for students and staff. Most shifts run Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with additional scheduling details shared during the interview.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces throughout the facility
- Empty waste receptacles and manage trash and recycling removal
- Restock supplies and report maintenance or safety concerns as needed
- Follow established health, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times
Qualifications
- A reliable, detail-oriented approach to cleaning and facility care
- Ability to work an evening shift, generally 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
- Capacity to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting
- Willingness to work on-site in Bentonville and at other district locations as needed
- Openness to either a full-time or part-time schedule
