About the Role
As an SAP Human Capital Payroll & Time Senior Manager at PwC, you will guide clients through the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP HCM solutions with an emphasis on payroll and time management. This full-time position is based in Atlanta and involves travel of up to 60% to support client teams on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess client business needs and translate them into practical SAP HCM software solutions.
- Lead the implementation and configuration of payroll and time management modules within SAP Human Capital Management.
- Oversee the full delivery lifecycle to ensure smooth integration and adoption of HCM applications.
- Deliver training and ongoing support so client teams can operate their systems with confidence.
- Direct project teams and manage senior stakeholder relationships throughout each engagement.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated consulting experience with SAP Human Capital Management applications, particularly payroll and time.
- Proven ability to analyze requirements and architect end-to-end HCM software solutions.
- Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills suited to a senior manager role.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% in support of client delivery.
- Availability for full-time, on-site work in Atlanta, Fulton County.
