Kenvue is hiring a full-time Professional Affairs, Oral Health Lead based in Short Hills, New Jersey — an on-site opportunity to shape oral care advocacy at one of the world's most recognized consumer health companies.

About the Role

As the Professional Affairs, Oral Health Lead, you will serve as Kenvue's connection point between scientific evidence and the dental and oral health community. Working from our Short Hills, New Jersey office, you'll help translate the science behind trusted brands like LISTERINE® into credible, professionally endorsed engagement that supports better everyday care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead professional affairs strategy and outreach for Kenvue's oral health portfolio.
• Build and nurture relationships with dental professionals, key opinion leaders, and oral health organizations.
• Champion the scientific and clinical foundation of Kenvue's oral care brands within the professional community.
• Partner with internal teams across marketing, R&D, medical, and regulatory functions to align messaging with the evidence.
• Represent Kenvue at professional conferences, advisory boards, and educational forums.

Qualifications

• A clinical or scientific background in dentistry, oral health, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in professional affairs, medical affairs, or stakeholder engagement, ideally within consumer health or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong ability to interpret scientific data and communicate it clearly to professional audiences.
• Skilled relationship builder comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work on-site in Short Hills, New Jersey, as this is a full-time, in-office position.
