District Manager – WI/MN

Compass Group, North America is hiring a full-time District Manager (WI/MN) based in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, to oversee multi-site dining operations across Wisconsin and Minnesota. This is an on-site leadership opportunity with Flik Independent School Dining, a division known for elevating foodservice in private and independent school communities.

About the Role

As District Manager for the WI/MN region, you will lead and support a portfolio of dining accounts, ensuring every meal and every guest interaction reflects exceptional quality. Operating out of the Minneapolis area, you will partner with on-site teams to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and lasting client relationships throughout your territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day dining operations across multiple school accounts in Wisconsin and Minnesota
• Coach, develop, and motivate site-level managers and associates to deliver consistent, high-standard foodservice
• Build trusted partnerships with school clients and respond proactively to their evolving needs
• Manage budgets, financial targets, and resources to achieve profitable, sustainable growth
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards at every location
• Travel regularly throughout the assigned district to support and assess account performance

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in foodservice, hospitality, or multi-unit operations management
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L oversight
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and teams
• Willingness to travel across the WI/MN territory and work on-site rather than remotely
• A genuine commitment to quality, service, and team development

Compensation

• Salary range of $105,000 – $115,000 per year
• Bonus eligible
• Company vehicle provided
