Srinav Inc. is hiring an ML/DQ Scientist to embed machine learning at the heart of our data quality (DQ) programme. This is an immediate, full-time, long-term remote opportunity open to candidates across the US.
About the Role
As an ML/DQ Scientist at Srinav Inc., you will bring advanced machine learning capabilities to a growing data quality initiative. Rather than relying on static, rule-based validation alone, you will design intelligent models that surface the data issues conventional checks routinely overlook. This fully remote position is ideal for a practitioner who enjoys turning messy, real-world data into trustworthy, decision-ready information.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply machine learning and AI techniques to strengthen the company's data quality programme.
- Develop anomaly detection models that flag irregular or suspicious records automatically.
- Build drift monitoring to track shifts in data distributions and behavior over time.
- Create pattern-based models that identify quality problems missed by traditional rule-based logic.
- Operationalize and track experiments and models using Python and MLflow.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with machine learning applied to data quality, validation, or monitoring use cases.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Practical familiarity with MLflow for experiment tracking and model lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated expertise in anomaly detection methods.
- Comfort working with databases and large, varied datasets.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and deliver in a remote, long-term engagement.
