Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Construction

About the Role

As a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor focused on data center construction, you will provide expert cost management support across multi-site campus programs in the greater Phoenix, Arizona region. These developments span several high-capacity facilities, supporting site infrastructure, and a phased delivery approach within an expanding regional market. This is a full-time, on-site position that places you at the center of mission-critical project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction cost services throughout the lifecycle of large-scale data center campus projects.
• Support cost planning, estimating, and control across multiple high-capacity facilities and associated site infrastructure.
• Coordinate cost activities across phased construction delivery to keep programs on budget and on schedule.
• Track project expenditure, prepare valuations, and report on financial performance to stakeholders.
• Partner with project teams and clients to deliver accurate, transparent cost intelligence in a fast-paced Phoenix construction environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cost Manager, Quantity Surveyor, or in a comparable construction cost role.
• Strong working knowledge of cost management principles across large-scale or multi-site construction programs.
• Familiarity with data center, mission-critical, or major infrastructure projects is highly advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Ability to work on-site in the Phoenix, Maricopa County area and adapt to a rapidly growing project pipeline.
