Key Responsibilities

• Operate a dry van tractor-trailer safely across assigned regional routes
• Complete pickups and deliveries accurately and on schedule
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to keep equipment road-ready
• Comply with all DOT regulations, hours-of-service rules, and company safety standards
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch throughout each run

Pay & Benefits

• Average weekly pay of $1,650–$1,750
• Annual earnings of $85,000–$95,000, with top drivers reaching $95,000 per year
• Starting CPM of $0.78–$0.80, based on prior driving experience
• CPM rate increases every six months
• $2,500 sign-on bonus for qualified experienced drivers
