About the Role

This is a chance to join at the very beginning of Project Kuiper, Amazon's long-range program to deploy a network of Low Earth Orbit satellites delivering fast, low-latency broadband to communities that today have limited or no reliable internet access. As a Revenue Accounting Manager based in Culver City, you will help stand up the accounting practices behind what Amazon describes as its next multibillion-dollar business. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, builder-minded accounting professional who thrives in a true Day 1 environment where processes are still being created.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and oversee revenue accounting activities for the Leo Revenue Accounting team.
• Build, document, and refine accounting processes and internal controls from the ground up.
• Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and business teams supporting Project Kuiper.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant revenue recognition and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to scale and automate accounting workflows as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in revenue accounting, ideally within a management or lead capacity.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage setting.
• Strong command of accounting principles and revenue recognition standards.
• Ability to build structure where little exists and to collaborate across teams.
• Willingness to work on-site in Culver City (this role is not remote).
