About the Role

As the Oracle Health Lead Proposal Manager, you will guide the complete proposal lifecycle for Oracle Health pursuits — from early planning through final submission. Working on-site in Tarrytown, Travis County, you will translate complex requirements into clear, persuasive responses that reflect Oracle Health's value and meet every customer expectation. Key Responsibilities

• Direct the planning, creation, and delivery of compliant, compelling proposals for Oracle Health opportunities.
• Manage each stage of the proposal lifecycle, keeping timelines, quality standards, and submission requirements on track.
• Coordinate contributors across functions to gather inputs, assign sections, and consolidate a unified final document.
• Ensure every response maps directly to customer needs and reinforces Oracle Health's value propositions.
• Produce timely, high-caliber answers to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and related solicitations.
• Maintain version control, compliance checklists, and review cycles to safeguard accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and writing complex business proposals, ideally in healthcare technology or a related field.
• Strong command of the full proposal lifecycle, including RFI, RFP, and RFQ response processes.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional contributors and drive work to firm deadlines.
• Excellent written communication, organization, and attention to compliance detail.
• Availability to work on-site in Tarrytown, Travis County, as this is not a remote position.
