This full-time, on-site role places you at the center of high-impact reserve, pricing, and captive engagements for healthcare and corporate clients.

About the Role

Within WTW's Corporate practice in Risk and Analytics, you will contribute to and help guide project teams that build and deliver actuarial solutions. Day to day, you will move work forward across reserve studies, pricing and funding evaluations, and captive consulting — translating raw data into clear, defensible analysis that informs client decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and help lead project teams delivering reserve studies, pricing/funding analyses, and captive consulting for healthcare and corporate clients.
• Direct the team through data preparation, ensuring inputs are accurate, complete, and analysis-ready.
• Produce, review, and interpret actuarial calculations and indications, drawing out the implications for each client.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and client stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.

Qualifications

• A strong foundation in property & casualty actuarial consulting, including reserving, pricing, and funding methodologies.
• Hands-on experience preparing and analyzing data sets to develop actuarial indications.
• Familiarity with captive consulting and the needs of healthcare and corporate clients is an asset.
• The ability to lead and coordinate the efforts of a project team while managing competing priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication for presenting technical results to non-technical audiences.
