About the Role

As the Executive Producer at KMOV, you will own the editorial vision and on-air execution of assigned newscasts. This full-time, on-site position in Maryland Heights, Saint Louis County, places you at the center of newsroom strategy — balancing breaking news, storytelling, and audience growth for a top-rated Gray Media station.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the planning, content, and presentation of daily newscasts from rundown to air.
• Coach and mentor producers, writers, and editorial staff to elevate storytelling and production quality.
• Set the tone for breaking news and developing stories, making fast, sound editorial calls under deadline.
• Collaborate with management, anchors, reporters, and digital teams to ensure consistent, engaging coverage across platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience producing or executive producing live television newscasts.
