• Support and reinforce store compliance with safety and environmental programs.
• Partner with store leadership and associates to promote a secure, well-protected shopping and working environment.

Qualifications

• A proactive, observant mindset with strong attention to detail and integrity.
• Comfort using surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and reviewing exception reports.
• Ability to document incidents accurately and communicate findings clearly to store teams.
• Awareness of, or willingness to learn, retail safety and environmental compliance standards.
