Regina Caeli Academy is hiring a Catholic Preschool (PK3) Teacher to lead a classical, faith-centered classroom in Overland Park, Kansas, just outside Kansas City in Johnson County. About the Role

As a Catholic Preschool (PK3) Teacher with Regina Caeli Academy, you will guide three-year-old learners for roughly 13 hours each week in Overland Park, Kansas. This is an on-site, part-time position. Importantly, you do not need a state teaching license or prior classroom experience — our team provides full training and walks you through everything you need to succeed in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and supervise a PK3 classroom using a classical, Catholic approach to early childhood education.
• Create a warm, structured, and prayerful setting where young children can flourish.
• Foster the spiritual, intellectual, and social growth of each preschooler.
• Follow Regina Caeli Academy's curriculum and methods, with ongoing guidance and support.
• Build positive relationships with students and their families.

Qualifications

• A heart for nurturing preschool-aged children in the Catholic faith.
• No teaching certification or formal classroom experience required — comprehensive training is provided.
• Experience homeschooling, working with homeschool families, or serving in Catholic ministry is a welcome plus.
• Availability for an on-site, part-time schedule of approximately 13 hours per week in Overland Park, Kansas.
• A genuine commitment to the mission and values of a classical, Catholic education.
