About the Role
As the Office & Facilities Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of Oracle's data center site, handling the everyday administrative and coordination tasks that keep teams productive. This is a full-time, fully on-site position based at the Michigan AI data center in Saline Township, located roughly 35 miles southwest of Ann Arbor. Relocation support may be offered for eligible candidates in line with Oracle's relocation guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day office and facilities activities at Oracle's Michigan data center.
- Provide administrative support to OCI data center operations teams.
- Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming on-site work environment.
- Assist with scheduling, vendor coordination, supplies, and general facility needs.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for office and facilities-related requests.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills suited to a fast-paced operations setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for working across teams.
- Comfort with administrative tools and coordinating multiple priorities.
- Willingness and ability to work full-time, on-site in Saline Township, Michigan.
