About the Role
As a Class A CDL Company Driver with Hogan Transports, you'll run regional dry van freight on a no-touch basis, keeping you focused on the road rather than loading and unloading. The graduate training component supports drivers who are early in their careers, helping you sharpen your skills while earning competitive weekly pay out of Carbondale, Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A tractor-trailer hauling dry van freight across regional lanes
- Handle no-touch freight, with no manual loading or unloading required
- Complete deliveries safely, on time, and in compliance with DOT regulations
- Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections to keep your equipment road-ready
- Maintain accurate logs and communicate effectively with dispatch
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A)
- Recent CDL graduates welcome — graduate training is provided

Pay & Earnings
- Annual earnings of $65,000–$75,000, with weekly pay of $1,250–$1,440

- Pay increases every six months, reaching a maximum of $0.62 per mile
- Rider and pet policies available
- Unlimited driver referral program paying $2,000–$3,000 per referral, distributed over 180 days
