About the Role

As Senior Director, People & Organization, Operations, you will lead the people strategy that powers Antech Diagnostics' operational teams. Based on-site in Berthoud, Larimer County, this is a full-time position for a forward-thinking HR leader who can align talent, organizational design, and culture with the company's commitment to building A Better World for Pets.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the People & Organization function across operations, partnering with senior leaders to advance business goals.
• Design and execute strategies for talent development, organizational structure, and workforce planning.
• Champion a culture rooted in Antech's Five Principles: Quality, Responsibility, Mutuality, Efficiency, and Freedom.

Qualifications

• Proven senior-level experience leading human resources, people, or organizational development functions.
• Strong background partnering with operational leadership in a complex, fast-moving organization.
• Demonstrated ability to drive culture, talent, and organizational design initiatives at scale.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a genuine commitment to employee growth.
• Willingness to work on-site in Berthoud, Larimer County, Colorado (this role is not remote).
