About the Role
This is a full-time, 13-week travel contract for a licensed Physical Therapist at a healthcare facility in Saint Francis, Kansas. As a Travel PT with Fusion Medical Staffing, you will evaluate, treat, and guide patients through their recovery journeys while gaining experience in a new setting and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to restore mobility, strength, and function
- Track patient progress and adjust care plans to support recovery goals
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and home programs
- Coordinate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure quality outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with facility standards
Qualifications
- Active, valid Physical Therapist (PT) license eligible for practice in Kansas
- Completion of an accredited Doctor or Master of Physical Therapy program
- Clinical experience appropriate for an independent travel assignment
- Willingness to relocate to Saint Francis, Cheyenne County for the duration of the contract
- Strong communication, adaptability, and patient-centered care skills
