JPMorgan Chase is hiring a Vice President to join the Fund Administration Team within Wealth Management Investment Solutions, based at Grand Central in Manhattan. This full-time leadership role places you at the center of fund operations for one of the firm's flagship investment vehicles.

About the Role

As Vice President on the Fund Administration Team, you will help oversee the full operational lifecycle of the Six Circles Trust — a family of 10 funds managed within the J.P. Morgan Private Bank. The Trust operates under SEC oversight and the Investment Company Act of 1940, draws on more than a dozen sub-advisers and over ten service providers, and supports in excess of $140 billion in net assets. This on-site Manhattan position is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives on rigorous oversight, cross-functional coordination, and complex investment operations at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily fund operations across the 10 funds that make up the Six Circles Trust
• Coordinate the activities of multiple sub-advisers and external service providers to ensure accurate, timely execution
• Maintain compliance with SEC requirements and the 1940 Act governing the Trust
• Monitor net asset values, fund accounting, and reporting across a portfolio exceeding $140 billion
• Partner with internal teams across the J.P. Morgan Private Bank to resolve operational issues and strengthen controls

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in fund administration, fund accounting, or investment operations
• Working knowledge of regulated investment companies, the 1940 Act, and SEC oversight frameworks
• Proven ability to manage relationships with sub-advisers and third-party service providers
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills suited to a Vice President role
• Capacity to operate on-site in a fast-paced Manhattan environment
