About the Role

As a Used Truck Sales Representative based in the Spokane Valley, WA area, you will connect customers with quality used semi trucks while delivering the trusted, solutions-focused service that Bruckner's is known for. This is an on-site, full-time position with competitive compensation ranging from $80,000 to $140,000 per year, reflecting a strong base-plus-performance opportunity for motivated sellers.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell pre-owned semi trucks to fleets, owner-operators, and commercial buyers across the Spokane region.
• Prospect, qualify, and follow up with new and returning customers to build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Assess customer transport needs and recommend the right used truck inventory and financing options.
• Manage each deal from initial inquiry through negotiation, paperwork, and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, and closed sales.
• Represent Bruckner's Truck & Equipment with professionalism and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, ideally within trucks, heavy equipment, automotive, or a related commercial industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working on a commission-driven structure.
• Ability to understand customer transport requirements and match them to available inventory.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work on-site in the Millwood area.
