Senior Supply Chain Engineer I

Oracle is hiring a full-time Senior Supply Chain Engineer I in Helena, Lewis and Clark County, Montana, to safeguard the quality and reliability of advanced GPU networking hardware and the infrastructure components that keep large-scale compute running.

About the Role

As a Senior Supply Chain Engineer I at Oracle, you will own component quality across critical networking hardware powering high-performance GPU environments. This on-site position in Helena partners closely with leading silicon and networking suppliers to ensure every component meets rigorous standards for performance, durability, and long-term dependability.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive quality and reliability initiatives for GPU networking hardware, including NVSwitch, switches, routers, NICs, and AOC/optical interconnects.
• Evaluate and qualify infrastructure components used across data-center networking deployments.
• Collaborate with supplier ecosystems such as NVIDIA, AMD, Cisco, Juniper, Arista, and other technology partners to resolve component issues.
• Monitor field and lab performance to identify reliability risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement throughout the hardware supply chain.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with networking hardware components such as switches, routers, NICs, and optical interconnects.
• Familiarity with GPU-centric infrastructure and the suppliers that build it, including NVIDIA, AMD, Cisco, Juniper, and Arista.
• Strong grounding in component quality, reliability engineering, and supplier collaboration.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate across cross-functional and partner teams.
• Willingness to work on-site in Helena, Lewis and Clark County, Montana.
