About the Role

As a PMO Project Librarian based in Reno, you'll serve as a central point of support within the Project Management Office. Partnering with project managers and leadership, you'll help keep initiatives organized, well-documented, and moving forward on schedule. This is a full-time, on-site position in Washoe County, Nevada.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with project managers across a range of initiatives, tracking progress and lending hands-on support wherever it's needed.
• Assist leadership in keeping projects aligned to specifications, deadlines, and budget targets.
• Work alongside management and cross-functional groups to develop and maintain accurate work plan documents.
• Monitor task status and due dates, flagging items that need attention to keep deliverables on track.
• Maintain organized, accessible project records so teams can quickly find the information they rely on.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail and documentation accuracy.
• Comfort collaborating with project managers, leadership, and multiple work groups at once.
• Ability to track multiple timelines and priorities simultaneously without losing the thread.
