About the Role

As a Production Specialist with ADM in Lincoln, Nebraska, you will support day-to-day operations within manufacturing, production, maintenance, and utilities. This is an on-site position based at ADM Soybean Processing (7800 Thayer Street, Lincoln, NE 68507) and includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus. The position offers flexible shift options to fit a range of schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment to maintain consistent output and product quality
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, hazard-free work environment
• Assist with routine maintenance and report equipment issues promptly
• Support utilities and processing tasks across the facility as assigned
• Work effectively within a team to meet daily production targets

Available Shifts

• 1st shift: 6:45 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• 2nd shift: 2:45 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
• 3rd shift: 10:45 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
• Swing: a rotating combination of all three shifts
