Manager Talent and Leadership Development

Agua Caliente Casinos is seeking a strategic, people-focused Manager of Talent and Leadership Development to join our team in Rancho Mirage, California. In this full-time, on-site role, you will design and lead the programs that help our Team Members grow, our leaders thrive, and our organization perform at its best.

About the Role

As the Manager of Talent and Leadership Development, you will own the strategy and day-to-day execution of initiatives that build talent depth and strengthen leadership across Agua Caliente Casinos. Working closely with leaders throughout the organization, you will champion a culture of continuous learning and create meaningful pathways for professional and career growth. This is a hands-on, full-time position based in Rancho Mirage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and refine talent development and leadership programs that support Team Member growth at every level.
• Partner with department leaders to assess capability needs and design targeted learning solutions.
• Drive initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and reinforce a strong, values-led culture.
• Create and curate opportunities for learning, development, and internal career advancement.
• Measure program impact and adjust approaches to ensure lasting results across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven background in talent development, leadership development, learning and development, or organizational effectiveness.
• Strong ability to partner with and influence leaders across multiple functions.
• Experience designing and facilitating programs that grow people and strengthen culture.
• Excellent communication, project management, and program-execution skills.
• A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for helping others succeed.
