Sephora is hiring a full-time Asset Protection Partner at The Oaks in Thousand Oaks, CA, where you'll help protect people, products, and the welcoming retail experience our clients expect.

About the Role

As an Asset Protection Partner at Sephora's CA-The Oaks location (Store 0024), you'll be a key part of keeping the store secure and the atmosphere safe and inclusive for both shoppers and team members. Partnering closely with store leadership, you'll combine vigilance, sound judgment, and strong people skills to reduce loss while supporting a positive, service-first environment. This is a regular, hourly (non-exempt) position based on-site in Thousand Oaks, California.

Key Responsibilities

• Help safeguard Sephora's merchandise, property, and other store assets from theft and loss.
• Promote a safe, inclusive setting that protects the wellbeing of clients and employees alike.
• Collaborate with store leaders and the broader team to put loss-prevention practices into action.
• Stay attentive to activity on the sales floor and respond to potential security concerns calmly and appropriately.
• Support day-to-day store operations while maintaining a friendly, professional presence.

Qualifications

• Interest in asset protection, loss prevention, retail security, or a related field.
• Strong observation skills paired with thoughtful, level-headed decision-making.
• Clear communication and the ability to work hand-in-hand with store leadership and colleagues.
• Commitment to fostering a respectful, inclusive experience for everyone in the store.
• Availability to work full-time, on-site at the Thousand Oaks location.
