About the Role
As a Senior Solution Consultant on the Pre-Sales team, you will partner closely with account executives to guide prospects through Socure's identity verification and fraud-prevention platform. This full-time, on-site position in San Francisco puts you at the intersection of technology and business, where you translate sophisticated capabilities into outcomes that matter to enterprises, government agencies, and the people they serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand each prospect's fraud, risk, and identity goals.
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that map Socure's platform to customer needs.
- Serve as the trusted technical advisor throughout the pre-sales cycle, addressing questions on integration, data, and security.
- Support proof-of-concept engagements and respond to technical sections of RFPs.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and shape solution strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or sales engineering role, ideally within identity, fraud, risk, or related software.
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.
- Comfort moving quickly, thinking critically, and owning complex problems end to end.
- Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco, California, and engage directly with customers.
