Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry is seeking a dedicated Youth Intervention Specialist (2nd, 3rd Shift & Weekends) to support young people on their path toward safety, stability, and lasting well-being in Linndale, Cuyahoga County.

About the Role

As a Youth Intervention Specialist with Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry, you will work directly with youth during overnight and weekend hours, providing structure, guidance, and compassionate care. This full-time, on-site position in Linndale, Cuyahoga County is ideal for someone who thrives in a mission-driven environment and is committed to helping young individuals build healthier futures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive supervision and direct support to youth during 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and weekend coverage.

• Respond calmly and effectively to challenging situations, applying intervention and de-escalation approaches.
• Encourage the development of life skills that contribute to stability and self-sufficiency.
