What We're Looking For A minimum of 3 years' experience in a youth-focused role or related field. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse communities, particularly those from marginalized backgrounds. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with young people, families, and community partners. A commitment to social justice and a passion for supporting youth in the justice system.
