Day-to-Day Responsibilities Develop and deliver customized training programs in partnership with the Instructional Designer Analyze training curriculum effectiveness and identify gaps or opportunities for improvement Monitor and report on productivity indicators tied to enablement initiatives Design and implement pre- and post-training assessments to measure program impact Provide hands-on coaching to ensure skill application and mastery across teams Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to deliver onboarding and ongoing training for new and current team members Lead the design and rollout of continuous skill development programs in partnership with leadership Facilitate training events including new-hire onboarding, ongoing educational programs, and launch activities Deliver both live and virtual instructor-led sessions to diverse audiences Contribute thought leadership through knowledge base articles, training content, and organizational updates Maintain competitive awareness of industry trends, products, and company positioning Requirements Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in training, enablement, or organizational development Proven track record delivering advanced sales and customer success training programs Strong understanding of sales processes and practices from direct sales or sales operations background Demonstrated success implementing end-to-end enablement programs including needs analysis, curriculum development, execution, and evaluation Experience delivering virtual and instructor-led training to professional audiences Solid grasp of adult learning theory and ability to apply learning principles to program design Self-directed and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain complex ideas clearly to trainees and…
