About the Role
As Worship Director, you'll shape the heart and soul of our worship gatherings. You'll curate music selections, arrange worship sets, direct musicians, and create transformative experiences that deepen our congregation's faith. This role requires both artistic vision and spiritual leadership—you'll work closely with pastoral staff, lead by example, and cultivate a worship culture rooted in authenticity and community.
What You'll Do
- Plan and direct worship services, selecting music and arrangements that align with our faith message and congregation needs
- Lead, mentor, and develop musicians, singers, and technical volunteers on our worship team
- Collaborate with senior leadership on vision, messaging, and spiritual themes for services
- Manage rehearsals, coordinate logistics, and oversee sound and technical elements during worship
- Foster an inclusive worship environment where all voices are welcomed and valued
- Explore creative approaches to music, liturgy, and worship innovation

- Proven experience in worship ministry, music direction, or equivalent leadership role
- Strong musical skills and ability to play an instrument proficiently
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop volunteers and team members
