Workday ERP Solutions Architect (Remote)

Beth Israel Lahey Health is hiring a full-time Workday ERP Solutions Architect to join its technology organization in a fully remote capacity — a high-impact opportunity to shape enterprise systems that support one of New England's largest health systems, headquartered in Mission Hill, Suffolk County.

About the Role

As a Workday ERP Solutions Architect at Beth Israel Lahey Health, you will serve as the technical authority driving design, development, and delivery across Workday HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain. You'll translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions using Workday's native extensibility and integration toolsets — contributing directly to systems that enable thousands of healthcare professionals to deliver patient care.

What You'll Do

• Architect and lead end-to-end technical solutions across Workday HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain modules
• Design and build integrations using Workday Studio, Workday Extend, SOAP, Web Services, and REST APIs
• Partner with functional leads and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications
• Evaluate and govern architectural decisions to ensure scalability, security, and alignment with Workday best practices
• Develop and extend custom applications on the Workday platform using Workday Extend
• Lead code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and enforce integration standards
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Workday integrations and configurations
• Mentor and guide junior technical staff on Workday development patterns

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated expertise with Workday ERP across HCM, Finance, and/or Supply Chain workstreams
• Hands-on proficiency with Workday Studio and Workday Extend
• Strong command of Web Services, SOAP, and API integration patterns
• Proven ability to architect solutions at the enterprise scale within the Workday ecosystem
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Workday certification(s) are a strong asset
• Experience in healthcare or similarly regulated industries is a plus
