This role focuses on building and enhancing high-performance Windows applications that power a modern software platform used by a broad range of users. You will be responsible for designing and delivering new features while improving the stability, performance, and usability of existing systems. The environment is highly collaborative, combining product thinking with deep technical execution, where engineers are encouraged to understand the “why” behind every feature. You will work extensively with Windows-native technologies, contributing to complex desktop applications built in C# and WPF. The role requires both attention to detail and the ability to think at a systems level, balancing short-term delivery with long-term architectural quality. You will collaborate closely with other engineers, product stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ship reliable, well-crafted software.
