Requirements for Subcontractor Crews:
– Minimum 5 years of residential window and door installation experience.
– Excellent and verifiable carpentry skills.
– Must have an LLC/EIN, S-Corp, C-Corp, or Partnership
– Carry full insurance: liability, auto, and workers’ compensation.
– Must have EPA/Lead Certification.
– Provide your own enclosed trailer or truck, equipped to transport windows, plus a metal brake and tools.
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
– Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 90 lbs. unassisted.
– Strong organizational skills, time management, and communication.
