About the Role

As a Window Cashier at Quinault Beach Resort and Casino, you are the financial backbone of the casino floor. You will maintain a secure, balanced cash bank and deliver fast, friendly transactions to resort guests and team members alike — all while upholding the accuracy standards and regulatory controls that keep casino operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Process guest and employee banking transactions — including currency exchanges, chip purchases, TITO ticket redemptions, and jackpot payouts — with speed and precision
• Open, balance, and close an assigned cash bank each shift, ensuring all counts and documentation are accurate and reconciled
• Verify the authenticity of currency and gaming chips in accordance with internal controls
• Complete all required transaction forms, logs, and regulatory paperwork correctly and on time
• Deliver courteous, professional service to every guest and internal customer throughout every interaction on the casino floor
• Maintain a tidy, organized window station and adhere to all Quinault Beach Resort and Casino cage procedures
• Support compliance with applicable Tribal gaming regulations and internal audit requirements

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated cash-handling experience with strong numerical accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work quickly under pressure
• Clear, professional communication skills and a guest-first attitude
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Quinault Indian Nation gaming license
• Dependability and the flexibility to work a part-time schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior casino cage or retail cashier experience is a plus but not required — we train the right candidate
