About the Role

As a BMW Master Technician Mechanic, you'll be the technical expert our clients depend on for their European luxury vehicles. This full-time position combines hands-on repair work with the leadership responsibilities that come with a master-level technician title—diagnosing intricate issues, executing repairs to OEM standards, and elevating the technical capability of our team.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic testing and repair work on BMW vehicles, from electrical systems to powertrains
• Execute repairs that meet BMW manufacturer and safety standards
• Consult with clients about vehicle condition, service recommendations, and timeline
• Mentor and oversee junior technicians, ensuring quality workmanship and professional development
• Maintain detailed service records and stay current with BMW technical bulletins and recalls
• Troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and hybrid/electric system issues

What We're Looking For

• BMW Master Technician certification (or equivalent advanced BMW experience)
• Proven expertise in BMW diagnostics and repair across multiple model generations
• Knowledge of electrical systems, engine management, transmission, suspension, and braking
• Ability to mentor junior technicians and contribute to team technical development
• Strong communication skills with both technical teams and vehicle owners
