About the Role

As a Web3 Security Operation Specialist at Binance, you will sit at the intersection of fraud analysis, risk control, and AI-driven operations. The position centers on dissecting real-world Web3 attacks, codifying what you learn into repeatable processes, and helping the broader security team move faster and smarter against an ever-shifting threat landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate intricate Web3 security incidents, surface recurring attacker behaviors, and translate them into well-documented standard operating procedures.
• Spot weak points in existing operational workflows and drive structured improvements that lift the team's productivity.
• Work alongside AI agents to distill security findings into a high-quality knowledge base that sharpens collective insight and response speed.
• Track newly emerging scam tactics and shifting Web3 product mechanics, converting those signals into practical defensive playbooks.
• Collaborate with engineering and strategy partners to convert hands-on investigation into automated detection logic.

Qualifications

• At least five years in anti-fraud, risk control, or blockchain-focused work, with a demonstrated knack for solving hard problems methodically.
• Skilled at breaking down sophisticated scams and technical exploits into clear, logical sequences; heavy coding is not expected, but you need a strong feel for technical reasoning and user-flow logic.
• A quick study with genuine enthusiasm for AI, including how to leverage and guide AI tools to multiply your output and strengthen data quality.
• Able to produce sharp, professional documentation and communicate fluently within a globally distributed team.
• Working knowledge of DeFi, wallet products, and the distinct security challenges that define the Web3 ecosystem.
