VP of Human Resources

The Management Group is hiring a Vice President of Human Resources in Kennewick, Benton County to lead and expand the HR function across multiple locations. If you're an experienced HR leader who excels in dynamic environments and enjoys building scalable systems, this full-time role offers the opportunity to shape organizational growth and develop high-performing teams.

About the Role

As VP of Human Resources, you'll partner with executive leadership to design and implement strategic HR initiatives that support the company's expansion. You'll own the end-to-end HR operation, from recruitment and retention to employee development and compliance, while building processes that scale across a growing organization.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business objectives and multi-location operations
• Lead, mentor, and expand the HR team to meet organizational needs
• Design and oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management programs
• Build recruitment and talent acquisition systems to attract and retain top talent
• Establish HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks that support growth
• Drive employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives
• Partner with operations and leadership to address organizational challenges
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including strategic planning
• Proven track record scaling HR functions in multi-location organizations
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and best practices
• Experience with compensation, benefits, and performance management
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, growing environments
• BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
