Partner with founders on critical questions—translate complex business challenges into rigorous financial analysis, validate strategy with data, and support resource allocation decisions. Lead capital and stakeholder relations—support fundraising initiatives, maintain investor-ready financial reporting, and manage board communications. Ensure compliance and financial integrity—maintain regulatory readiness in the financial services space while building risk management frameworks. Scale the finance organization—design systems, processes, and controls that enable finance to support rapid business growth. What We're Looking For Proven track record in senior finance leadership (VP Finance, Controller, or equivalent) at a startup or high-growth company. Hands-on execution—you excel at both strategic planning and operational finance work; equally comfortable building complex models and closing the books yourself. Technical fluency in modern finance tools—expertise with SaaS accounting platforms, financial planning and analysis software, billing systems, and business intelligence solutions; comfort collaborating with technical teams.
