Requirements
- Experience as CTO / VP Engineering (or equivalent) in a high-growth, venture-backed environment
- Proven ability to scale teams and systems through rapid growth phases
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, AI/ML infrastructure, or developer platforms
- Ability to engage with frontier research while driving production excellence
- Strong product intuition and ability to shape platform strategy
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving technical landscapes
- Experience engaging with investors, boards, and senior stakeholders
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics with clarity and authority
