Requirements
- 5+ years experience as an OTC trader in the cryptocurrency space
- Demonstrated ability to convert institutional prospects into trading clients
- Expertise in complex trades, crypto market microstructure, electronic and voice trading
- Strong client-facing abilities and Python programming skills
