Your Responsibilities Design and launch a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for clinical services aligned with organizational objectives and healthcare market opportunities Develop scalable clinical service offerings that address real market needs, integrating technology and analytics into solution design for competitive differentiation Build thought leadership by speaking at industry conferences, contributing to published insights, and establishing credibility in the healthcare market Enable sales teams with tailored strategies, materials, and market intelligence so they engage healthcare decision-makers confidently and effectively Participate directly in key client conversations and pitch meetings, bringing clinical expertise and market perspective to major opportunities Identify competitive gaps and market dynamics that shape clinical practice positioning and service capabilities Collaborate across business development, product, and operations teams to transition client engagements from design through successful delivery launch Measure and report on go-to-market progress, tracking industry engagement volume, client meeting quality, and contribution to sales pipeline development What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred Extensive hands-on experience within U.S. healthcare payer or provider environments, including direct involvement in designing and scaling clinical service operations Demonstrated track record in go-to-market strategy development, particularly for clinical or healthcare technology solutions Deep familiarity with how clinical services integrate with technology platforms and data analytics to drive operational efficiency and market competitiveness Executive-level communication skills and the ability to…
